Frequently Asked Questions

Is contrast therapy safe for me?

Contrast therapy is generally safe. If you're pregnant, have heart issues, high blood pressure, or other serious medical concerns, check with your doctor before booking.

What should I wear and bring to my contrast therapy session?

Clothing is required and a swimsuit is recommended, but you'll want to avoid suits with metal fasteners (and jewelry, too), as they can heat up in the sauna. Your session includes complimentary plush towel service, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Bring a water bottle and sandals are optional. You'll have access to our three private bathrooms where you can change/shower before and after your session, plus a locker for your personal items.

What should I start with—the sauna or the plunge?

Our recommendation is to begin with heat to relax muscles, then switch to cold for recovery. Most people finish cold to reduce swelling and boost circulation. However, you're free to listen to your body and do what feels best.

How long should I stay in the sauna and plunge?

During your 30 minute session, we recommend 10-12 minutes in the sauna, followed by 2-3 minutes in the plunge. You may repeat these steps if your session time allows. Always listen to your body and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell.

How often should I do contrast therapy?

Many people feel benefits after just one session, but for ongoing results and optimal benefit, strive for 57 minutes per week in the sauna and 11 minutes per week in the plunge.

Do you offer memberships or packages?

We offer single sessions, session packs, and unlimited memberships for those who want to make contrast therapy a regular part of their wellness routine.

Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?

We recommend booking online ahead of time to lock in your spot, but if we have space available, we're happy to welcome walk-ins.

The Story Behind the Studio

We fell in love with contrast therapy the very first time we tried it. The rush of energy, the deep sense of calm, and the way it left us feeling stronger—inside and out—had us hooked. We started visiting different studios, soaking in everything we loved about each one. We combined the very best of those experiences to create a space we knew the community we love—would love, too. Now, we’re beyond excited to share that same feeling with others and give everyone the chance to recharge, reset, and feel their absolute best.
